We are here to help bring your dreams to reality. If you are building the home of your dreams or re-imagining an existing home, let us help you navigate the process. Our mission is to provide you with the information and documentation you will need to communicate with contractors, building & zoning officials, finance organizations and regulatory organizations such as H.O.A. and historical committees. If you are not already working with a contractor we can pair you with one of our established contractors to ensure that your specific needs are met. We also work with Engineers that will review our designs to ensure that your build will meet the structural requirements for the location. The majority of our projects are located along the Eastern Shore of Virginia & the Chesapeake Bay which often requires high wind analysis to be performed by a licensed Engineer.

KEVIN MCCLUSKEY

OWNER / LEAD DESIGNER

With over 20 years of experience as residential designer and many years of "real world" experience as a carpenter, I provide a very sensible and realistic design approach backed with decades of experience. I have been trained by and worked directly under the guidance of various Architects and Engineers, served as a Level II truss designer certified by the Wood Truss Council of America and have been involved with countless residential construction and design projects along the DELMARVA Peninsula and South Hampton Roads.
